• turning ideas and plans into actual action

• sorting out processes, systems and ways of working

• working with your team and keeping things moving

• taking responsibility for marketing activity and getting it out the door

• helping manage change, growth or a particularly tricky period

• being the person who asks, “Right, what are we actually doing about it?”

• 10 x individual coaching sessions with Bex

• 2 x longer sessions at the beginning to work out what you want from the year and make the plan

• A longer session at the end to look at what has changed and where you go next

• Regular check-ins between sessions

• A sounding board for big decisions, difficult conversations and new ideas

• Honest challenge when you need it

• Accountability for the things you say you are going to do

• Practical action between sessions, not just good conversations
